Model Shares Lip Transformation After Dog Attack

Brooklinn Khoury’s life changed forever last year when her cousin’s pit bull attacked her. The dog bit off her upper lip. Now, the 23-year-old underwent six reconstructive surgeries to repair the damage. Dr. Nicholas Do took skin and nerves from Khoury’s arm to create a fully functional new upper lip. Khoury is almost fully healed and loves smiling from ear to ear. She is expected to have one more surgery later this month.
